To provide our customers the best services possible, Euler Hermes has developed several online services: the Payment Guarantee and EOLIS.



Payment Guarantee

Many small- and medium sized businesses who export products, solely have a few transactions that need to be credit insured. Therefore, Euler Hermes and partner Trade4Sure are offering the Payment Guarantee. This product gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to make use of three single services; buyer information, transaction insurance and collections. EOLIS

Euler Hermes offers her clients the online information system EOLIS. Some examples of EOLIS that clients can use are:

  • The possibility to ask for credit limit requests online and in real time

  • A direct reaction to a large number of the limit requests entered

  • An overview of all current limits and limit requests

  • An overview of all collection files and their status
